Feeling Lonely or Isolated?… We can help make life feel less daunting through our one to one service. This can be delivered over the phone or in person, in the homes of our clients or out in the community at a preferred meeting place. The purpose is to make our clients lives a little better by just being there, by listening, chatting and providing moral support over a cuppa. We may utilise the services of a volunteer but we will always make sure you are happy with your befriending support worker. We can even support our clients with their weekly shopping trip or take them out to their favorite café or park.

Our befriending support services are charged at £12 per hour in the home & £17 out in the community.

Loss is something that affects everyone, and often in different ways. Be it through death or separation, the impact can be devastating for some and we are here to provide the support you may need. We have a trained and experienced bereavement support worker who can help you acknowledge the feelings you are having and navigate through them. We can do this on a one to one basis or as part of a peer support group.

We can also support with other issues you may need to work through, help you evaluate your life goals, identify opportunities and define direction. Call or email us to book your one to one session.

Our bereavement support & mentoring services are charged at £17 per hour.

We are growing our peer support groups and activities. These include wellbeing walks, Ladies Brunch club and Kurling in partnership with Scotter Forward. Some activities are free and others have a small charge of £3 - £5. We have big plans to expand on what we deliver so keep your eye on our events page.
