Donations
We want to be able to provide support to all our customers as and when they need it most. It is our aim to keep charges as low as possible for befriending or drop-in outreach activities and we do this primarily through grant funding and donations, which allow us to provide these services at a subsidised rate.
If you are in a position to make a small donation towards our expenses it would be gratefully received by Living Connections and our customers, some of whom don’t have contact with anyone else during a normal week.
To support service provision we are constantly raising funds through bid submissions, private donations and fundraising events. Our aim is to reach a point where we are not only sustainable, but able to grow the services we provide for the benefit of the community.
On average it costs around £17 per support visit and around £37 per hour to deliver drop-in outreach activities, so funding is vitally important to our survival.
