About Us…

Our Story…

We have all witnessed first-hand the impact of Covid on our lives, our families and our communities. Anxiety, depression and isolation have been experienced by young and old alike, many adults are now struggling to live happy and healthy lives and desperately need support.

Having worked in frontline health care and the social housing sector throughout the pandemic, we could see the devastation and suffering caused and felt compelled to do something positive to help. As a result we decided to launch our business Living Connections.

Our Vision…

Our main aim is to help improve people's lives through companionship and home visits, reducing isolation and bringing communities together, but we won’t be stopping there!

We also recognise the need for outreach services such as peer group support and connect events where customers can go to talk, listen and make new friends.

In addition to these services we are able to offer support for those suffering loss and bereavement through our accredited counsellor program. We will provide a keen ear, empathy and compassion when you need it most.

As a not for profit organisation we aim to deliver these service at a heavily subsidised rate to our customers.

Occasionally some grant funded services and events may be offered free of charge, these will be advertised on our events page and through social media.

What We Are Not…

We are not a care provider, we are here for what some would call ‘the fluffy stuff’, we are here to listen, chat, guide, laugh and support you emotionally.
